#the ultimate edition is THE version #it showed clark investigating and trying to find the truth #but most importantly; he spoke with civilians #he asked THEM how he could provide justice #in this conversation with the criminal’s gf; clark decided batman needed to be stopped #because in this conversation clark saw the other side of batman’s ‘justice’ #he saw a hurt gf; a single mom; a child without a father and a broken family in poverty #and that’s when clark decides he will confront batman as superman #he goes against batman as a protector of earth once again #we need people like clark kent in the world (via @amouria)
