Visited my grandparents for lunch a few days ago. Noticed this pattern that covered the entire table. My grandma cooked up and I sat there drawing this.
She told me how she misses her friends that practice Tai Chi in the park, and how they would teach her phrases in Chinese and Japanese. She has an “Asian channel” that shows Tai Chi, but it’s not the same she says.

I heard there was an accidental rage in all of us.
One of those big red buttons that sits exposed to the real
Sloppy guy in the office who wears the short sleeve dress
Shirt and always has a coffee mug in hand.
He’s never aware of what’s going on.
The button waits there. One day when you're just
Relaxing and minding your business. The short sleeve
Guy is gonna spill his coffee on his desk and while
He cleans it up, he'll hit the button.
And all hell breaks loose.
