Kim being a little freak about Harry and rationalizing through it is sooo important to me. The man does not have great self reflection skills when it comes to stuff like this. He wants to compartmentalize his emotions and put them away. In a box in his bedside drawer.
Kim taking out his little box to have time with the bullet after an agonizing nightmare mashes up the tribunal and Eye's death and probably his parents in a greatest hits trauma compilation ft Dead Harry. So he looks in his little box and reminds himself that Harry is alive and the bullet is here. He wants to call Harry to hear his voice but he won’t.
Then he gets a nighttime call from Harry who’s getting EDC pings that Kim is having a bad night. ❤️
started a disco elysium analysis post about disability rep in the game at the start of the month and want to get it done before the end of disability pride month but i might be too disabled to do that lmfaooooo. in case i don't here's my tldr harry and kim are canonically disabled and the game wouldn't be the same without that fact. and i love when disabled fans explicitly include or focus on it in their art and fics and analysis it makes me happy. don't talk to me if your post-game harry doesn't use a cane

It is so funny to me that Disco Elysium fans will fully go into insane online warrior mode if anybody else dares to say that somebody is more of a pathetic loser than Harry DuBois. tbh it most likely would be a better life economically too considering he makes about 460 reál/month with the rcm and reál seems to be about equivalent to the euro (a run down hostel room costs 20 bucks a night which is more than his daily income and the dogshit kiosk red wine is 5 bucks a bottle which is about the same price i can get a tetra pak at aldi) so him and kim are actually genuinely very very poor. his precinct has a nickname for all the stealing the officers do (because they're bastards but also because they're all extremely poor). like for fucking what bro? how copbrained can you be? real winners quit
angy that kim kitsuragi’s notebook pens are canonically ballpoints. a man so into fine tuned instruments deserves a good quality fountain pen. idgaf if ballpoints are more practical or travel friendly or whatever he has one in my heart
