spectre hal you will always be famous
Remember when spectre 2001 made Hal pretty much genderfluid and then never mentioned it again? Yeah.
Post-Spectre Hal just goes about thinking ‘I wish I still had the ability to display different aspects of myself. I miss being able to be a woman from time to time’ and never does anything about it because he doesn’t know he can.
Hal Jordan aka Green Lantern: the only limit to my power is my own imagination. there is nothing i cannot create. no one is safe from the constructs of my mind. i am sad.
Also Hal Jordan:

Attempts at Carol Ferris spotlight arcs are always falling flat because of the mass delusion that the conflict at the core of her character is whether and in what way she should date Hal Jordan when it's actually whether and in what way she should quit her job.
Carol cannot thrive owning Ferris Airlines and she cannot cede owning Ferris Airlines. As Hal's foil she also has chronic sky madness and can only be content if she's a pilot. Unlike Hal she continuously denies herself this freedom out of obligation to her family legacy. The concept of her inheriting her father's business was conceived in an era where the writing was so profoundly sexist it basically framed a woman owning a business as being gender nonconforming, and she fought so hard to prove she CAN do it it completely fell by the wayside whether she WANTS to do it. If she ever let the business go it would prove all her naysayers right while abandoning what her father entrusted to her and implicitly declaring the job Hal's father died doing (in front of them) wasn't that important. How could she ever do that? So her storylines can experiment with her escaping her life into whatever a given era is framing Star Sapphire as, but she can never actually be free. There's always the airline.
sometimes i wonder if i'm alive or dead -- hal jordan or the spectre -- is this just a dream i'm dreaming?
