aw thats awesome im glad!! i had no idea how they were going to end up when i first started working on them and im just thankful they came out coherent enough haha
the first one was just a random thought of 'weiss as a mirror but literally'. the second one i actually referenced from orpheus and eurydice's greek myth, but i got lazy and didnt add a lyre so its just. whatever it is
the third one is just them napping together(???). sort of obvious enough, and ive been meaning to draw ruby and weiss in atlas pajamas for a while

oww this looks like a really old ask and im sorry i didnt see it so soon!! i would love to illustrate some tips but i dont have energy for that at the moment, but improving on hair, and by extension anything, really boils down to trial&error and to keep on practicing until you feel comfortable! it's also nice to look at inspirations and how they draw hair, and to emulate it in your own way
