Some of my favorite nature photos I’ve taken. I never thought photography qualified as one of my hobbies but then I realized not a day hardly goes by that I don’t carefully take a picture of something as dynamically as I can and that I’ve seen SO MUCH WORSE AND BLANDER as wall art in public places. So if you wanna order prints or even tote bags and stuff of photos I’ve taken I’m starting to put these and others up on redbubble here.

WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SORCERY

I grew up in the Northeast where “winter” meant several feet of snow, but it’s our first winter in the Pacific Northwest and I’ve never seen anything in my life quite like this solid inch of crystal clear ice just materializing around plant life, much of which is still green in December (???!!!) Is this normal out here?????

But...you used to live in Iowa...where there’s freezing rain almost every year...
