Yue stays to rule and has to say goodbye for 2 months a year to her husband and son. It doesn't get any easier, but she loves hearing his stories when he comes back and loves the friends that he has made overseas.

Princess Yue finds that she is a bit of a control freak outside of her kingdom. She's never had to deal with real world problems and had to solve them with compromise, so sometimes her temper flares. It doesn't help that she's married to/best friends with a firebender.
