Soul eater au where Wilbur & Techno are both weapons who handle themselves and Tommy and Phil COULD be their Meisters but the last time they tried offering it they got punched in the face by techno so now they just hang out around em and fight using soul wavelength do you hear me. Tommy is basically Black*Star.
They'd all be students of the DWMA so all teens around the same age. Techno and Wilbur are Not related but they have the same weapon type and thus adopted eachother. The four of em just kinda formed a friend group and all go on missions together cause you need a meister and a weapon for most. Do you hear me.
Techno's really possessive tho he doesn't show it (Piglin instincts)
When he likes/cares about someone they're "his" and if you hurt one of them boy oh boy may the gods be with you because this particular one is out to kill you

Like HF!Dream is paranoid. He's scared. He thinks everyone around him is a threat. He just wants to be safe. He doesn't want to risk going back to [REDACTED]. He feels guilty about everything. He thinks he deserves prison and only escaped because of what Quackity was doing. He hurt Tommy immensely but nowhere near close what canon!Dream did. He's still an absolute asshole but an asshole that can be redeemed. He's had more than one psychotic break. He doesn't realize Tommy's a child and registers him as a threat because of his trauma. He needs therapy and time to learn from his actions. He would use canon!Dream as a punching bag. He has a paranoid god following him at any time feeding into his paranoia. He just wants to be free and safe with his friends but it'll never happen in this lifetime.
Jsjshdbs. He's so paranoid. He's scared of his own shadow. He's terrified of other people which translates in him hurting others before they can ever think about hurting him. He's had multiple psychotic breaks during the smp that brought him to blow up. He doesn't trust anyone let alone himself. His body isn't his. I could go on but it's late.
