Let's go!!! His concepts, his visuals, his music just never disappoints.
Who is Sherlock saying "I love you" to in the trailer?
His mum, obviously. He doesn’t ring home often enough and usually forgets her birthday. He’s a very naughty boy.

post-gbbo trailer with two new clips (x)
“It’s not a game anymore. #Sherlock Series 4 coming 1st January 2017.”
Can we tell what’s in his right hand in the bottom scene? Perhaps the piece of paper we saw at setlock?
Are these two shots in the trailer PBS just released, new? I don’t remember them from the last time around.
they’re new, yes!
IS THAT A POOL
Yes, I thought it was the pool, in that other scene with the trees painted on the wall:
but it looks like there are waves painted on the walls, so maybe not.
Interestingly enough, that fight scene looks like the same fight as this shot:
Sherlock is dressed in the same clothes, and the assailant has an injured hand, but the interiors don’t match either in lighting or furniture style, so do they move from one room to another as they fight? Or is this another case of Sherlock slipping in and out of some sort of messed up mental state. He seems very ill or very drugged in Episode 2 (which is in keeping with the canon inspiration they were drawing on for it).
It’s definitely the same location for the fight, just the opposite angle. The couch has quite a unique design.
@miadifferent, oh you’re right. It’s just really horribly decorated then. Lol. Since we know that Arwel is very talented, I’m just going to assume that whoever owns this house has no taste in decorating. It’s like modern, mixed with 80′s, mixed with bargain shop traditional. 😂
haha. I love the design of the kitchen and the copper lamps. The bookshelf seems to be a bit misplaced. If it’s even relevant to the story, who lives there, maybe this is the place of a couple that just moved in together. or rather, a partner moved into the already existing and fully designed house and just brought the bookshelf and put all their knick-knacks there.
@miadifferent I LOVE the kitchen and copper lamps, just not the vintage 80′s sofa, or bookcase, none of it seems to fit together, but I like your theory about the bookshelf. That seems like the kind of story Arwel likes to tell with his props. Arwel is my favourite. 😍

They also deleted the scene of Sherlock standing in front of the entrance to the kitchen shooting at something, and changed the clips where he is reacting and looking overcome in the morgue.

Friendly reminder that the second trailer for TAB got aired on the 25th of October 2015. Another friendly reminder that the finale of GBBO is on the 26th of October.
DO NOT FLIP THE CHANNEL AFTER GBBO IS OVER. THERE WILL BE A TRAILER, I SWEAR IT!
I can't deal with the mere possibility of this! I've had three years to prepare and I'm still not ready!!
THERE IS A FLAG
I was watching the trailer for asgahdz time and in this scene, I notice this
There is a flag there
I did a little research about flag and find this:
I can’t highlight rn, but in the last line says “Helmand”
And here says Kandahar,
and who do we know that has been there?
Georgia was with the US and France in the war in Afgahanistan, same UK, so maybe this is something with Mary is Moran and the dishonorable discharge thing? Like this mission/thing Mary did was why she created a new identity five years ago? Why she was forced to run away to London? Maybe we will see that part of the story?
I don’t know if this is relevant or something but I need it point out before I forget it. Any thoughts?
Episode 4.1 [Thatcher]
So, here are my thoughts on the trailer. I tried to match the scenes with the episodes (based on what I took away from setlock).
LADY SMALLWOOD: We brought you back to deal with this. What are you doing to do?
[later?] You say, you know what he’s going to do next.
The most probable explanation is, that she’s talking to Sherlock here. And she’s wearing almost the same costume as at the end of HLV. So maybe that’s a very early scene in ep. 4.1.
SHERLOCK: Keep me informed.
MYCROFT: Of what?
SHERLOCK: absolutely no idea.
This scene could be placed in every episode. But it reminds me so much of the opening of HLV, that for me it seems most likely to be part of ep. 4.1.
Sorry, I saw three words in the chat:
Thatcher, Smith, Sherrinford
Context? Please?
key words/names for the three episodes: 1) Thatcher (Margaret Thatcher. Government? The past? Mary’s? John’s?). 2) Smith (Culverton Smith/Toby Jone’s character). 3) Sherrinford (the other holmes brother in canon).
Regarding Thatcher:
The Iranian Embassy siege took place in London in 1980 when Thatcher was prime minister. During Setlock we saw embassy scenes being filmed and part of it is also in the trailer, isn’t it?
Yes, you’re right, @culturedexistence.
Sherlockians after that trailer:
Everything they know will be tested. Everyone they know is under threat. Sherlock S4 trailer
