All of us right now
I asked Craig Bartlett if it was okay for people to see this posting. Craig said that Raymie worked with him for more then a year and a half on the jungle movie and he decided to let it out to the public. So here is the link to all 53 pages of the Storyboard he did and yes we finally get to see how the “bad guy” la sombra looks like: http://www.raymiemuzquiz.com/pdfs/HeyArnoldStoryboard.pdf BTW THIS IS NOT A JOKE, THIS IS IN FACT THE REAL DEAL! Not fan-made!
So if you want to see more, Call Nick/Write Letters/Sign the Petition and get in the Opruth Army! www.Opruth.com (saving the jungle movie)
#SWEET MERCY CAN WE AT LEAST GET A GRAPHIC NOVEL
Seriously, a graphic novel is still my most favored route for getting this story out to the public. It’s way cheaper than making an actual movie and there’d be more creative freedom and less pressure on those involved because there wouldn’t be a studio more concerned with box office receipts breathing down their necks. Plus I think anyone who looks over this storyboard will agree that a graphic novel will be just as, if not more, emotionally compelling than the film would be. Also, I think it would be much more gorgeous and stunning to look at. How much does it cost to put out a graphic novel? I’m all for raising those funds. Much more doable than getting the movie green lighted. Regardless, these storyboards are amazing and any fan of Hey Arnold should totally give them a look over!
THIS. As much as I want a movie, I know the logistics involved would be a big complication. At the very least, there would need to be a new Arnold voice, and it’s a big risk to take even though Hey Arnold still gets solid ratings during late-night reruns. But a graphic novel could only benefit Nick, as far as I can tell.
AHHHHHHH, I just want this.
goes to a corner and curls up into a ball because this movie was never released. oh cries, this is beautiful. weh…
my insides are dying i'm crying internally this "movie" will be the death of me
