In January, I marathoned Legend of Korra and came out with a new favorite character. Despite its flaws, I really enjoyed LoK. I might even prefer it to the original series. Also, this is my submission to the Gallery Nucleus Avatar exhibit! I’m happy to have entered even if this picture doesn’t make the cut.

Three years can make a big difference in people
I’m really pleased with the choice to have Kuvira wear gloves. It seems like a small detail but it actually gives a great deal of insight into the character herself
